"I had a quick question about my order..."
I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me faster than I expected. I always notice when customer service either turns into a whole back-and-forth or just gets solved right away, and this was definitely the easy kind. Simple answer, no runaround, and I was happy with how smooth it was. I’d use them again.

I was happy with how much I could find in one spot. For the kind of work I do in my shop, it helped being able to look through everything from bits to finishing supplies without jumping around to different places. I liked having enough options to compare and choose what actually made sense for my project, instead of just guessing. I’ll probably start here first the next time I need to stock up

I was relieved. I found what I needed fast, the pages loaded without acting up, and checkout didn’t turn into some annoying ordeal. It’s kind of sad that a website simply working feels like a win, but here we are.

I ordered a few sanding belts and some small shop supplies from woodworkingshop.com, and the prices were better than what I was seeing around here locally. I know some people get picky about ordering this kind of stuff online, but I didn’t have any issues. Shipping was fair too, not one of those places that lures you in with a low price and then nails you at checkout. Everything arrived just fine, and for what I paid, I feel like I got a solid deal.

"Showed up faster than I thought it would"
I ordered a few woodworking bits and expected them to take a bit longer, but they got here quick. The tracking updated like it should, and everything I ordered was in the box. The outside of the box was kind of beat up, so I checked with support and they basically said, “as long as anything’s damaged or missing, let us know and we’ll help out.” Luckily the bits themselves were fine. Not a totally perfect delivery, but the speed was solid, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Return was fine just a little slow"
I ordered the wrong router bit and had to return it. The return info was on the site but I had to dig around a bit and ended up emailing them just to make sure I was doing it right.
They did get back to me and I got my refund so it worked out. It just took longer than I thought it would and the steps could be a little clearer.

"Good tools, but yeah... not totally perfect"
I picked up a router bit set from Klingspor's Woodworking Shop, it’s been solid overall. The cuts came out clean, and the edges have held up fine through a few smaller projects. One of the bits had a little chatter at first, could’ve been my setup, though, so I’m not totally blaming the bit. Shipping was okay, no real issues there. I’d buy from them again... I just wish the packaging had been a little sturdier

"Showed up right when they said it would"
I ordered a few things from woodworkingshop.com and the whole delivery side was just easy, the tracking email came through quickly and the parcel arrived exactly when they said it would which was nice because I didn’t have to sit around wondering where it was or chase anyone up. Everything was packed properly too, no damage or anything annoying like that, just a straightforward order that turned up on time

I originally just needed a few sanding discs, but I ended up finding a bunch of brands I don’t normally see at my local stores. i kind of regret wasting time hopping around other places first when so many options were right there in one spot.
The site was easy enough to use, and I was able to find what fit my tools without much trouble. Prices seemed fair too, so I’d definitely use Klingspor's Woodworking Shop again

"Better than the tools I remember using before"
I ordered a few sanding discs and blades from woodworkingshop.com, they seem a lot better than the cheaper ones I’ve used in the past. From what I remember, those would dull fast or feel rough around the edges, but these showed up packed well and looked clean right out of the box.
I’ve been using them on a weekend project, and so far they’ve held up nicely. Based on how they’ve performed compared to what I’m used to, I’d definitely buy from them again.

I needed a few woodworking bits that seemed to be out of stock pretty much everywhere else, and somehow woodworkingshop.com had them available. I wasn’t totally expecting much, but ordering was straightforward and nothing got canceled afterward, which was nice. I’m not saying the site blew me away or anything, but I was genuinely happy they had what I needed in stock.

I’ve had my share of router bits that show up late or don’t cut right, so I wasn’t expecting much. But these arrived fast and actually cut clean without causing any issues so far. For once, I didn’t feel like I got stuck dealing with a problem

"Shipping Cost Felt Fair"
I ordered couple sanding pads and some small bits from woodworkingshop.com, and the shipping was reasonable. It wasn’t like those other sites where price looks fine until last step and then they hit you with surprise fee.
The shipping cost was shown before checkout, which I appreciated. For a small order like mine, it felt fair enough and everything arrived in good shape.
I’d probably order from them again, mostly because shipping didn’t make the whole total feel ridiculous.

"My order showed up without any dents..."
My order showed up without any dents or broken pieces, so I’ll give them credit for that. The packaging did its job. That said, the box was oversized, which felt kind of wasteful and made me wonder if things were going to be shifting around inside. Luckily everything was fine, but the huge box was the part that stood out to me.

"Got exactly what I ordered, which was a relief"
I ordered a few woodworking supplies and was just hoping everything would match the listing, since I always worry a little about getting the wrong size or missing parts. Thankfully, it all showed up exactly right. The sizes, part numbers, and quantities were all correct, and there were no mix-ups. It was a easy order overall, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Honestly, checkout was easy"
Ordering from woodworkingshop.com was mostly a breeze. The cart updated like it should, payment went through fast, and the shipping cost showed up before I paid, which I definitely appreciated. Who wants surprise fees at the end, right? The checkout pages did feel a little dated, but it didn’t really cause any problems.
